It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifton McKinley Ray Plauger of New Milton, West Virginia, born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on January 14, 2024, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Eric and Brian Perrine; and his grandparents, Dorsey, Lexie Plauger, Dalton and Lela Pifer.
He is survived by: his parents, Forrest Plauger, Sr. (Helen) of New Milton, WV and Charlotte Pifer of Arkansas; his daughter Abagail Jade Miller of Willsboro, PA; and his siblings, Deloris Nutter (Rick) of Parkersburg, WV, Lexie Miracle (C. J.) of Ellenboro, WV, Teresa Holley (Bobby) of Mobile, AL, April Bell of New Milton, WV, Tammy Bradley, Ray Plauger of West Union, WV, Richard Plauger (Loretta) of Pennsboro, WV, Kent Plauger of Pennsboro, WV, Austin Perrine of Farmington and Craig Perrine of New Milton, WV. He is also survived by 33 loving nieces and nephews and 49 loving great nieces and great nephews.
