He is survived by: his spouse Jean Rogers; his son Brian Rogers (Miranda) of New Martinsville, WV; his brother Stephen Rogers (Peggy) of Wheeling, WV; his nieces, Stephanie Rice (Jason) and Sarah Rogers; and his uncle Emmerson Hall of Sardis, OH.
