He is survived by: his wife Barbara Starkey (Johnson); his children, Debra Hicks (Richard) of New Martinsville, WV, Bill Starkey (Theresa) of New Martinsville, WV, Chuck Starkey (Michelle) of New Martinsville, WV, Dan Starkey (Melissa) of New Martinsville, WV and Jamie Rustemeyer of Gahanna, OH; his grandchildren, Abby Coyne (Kyle), Tom Rustemeyer (Emily), Molly Hazel (Dexter), Cody Hicks (Jennifer), Leah Malone (Joe), Courtney Starkey, Paige Rustemeyer, Emily Long (Jason), Jacob Starkey, Levi Starkey and Kurt Starkey (Samantha); and his brother Jim Starkey of Huntington, WV.. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
