He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maxwell Flanagan and Gertrude Louise Roberts Flanagan; his wife Lee Glendenning Flanagan of New Martinsville, WV.; his child James Paul Hickman (Marlene); his grandchildren, Chance, Lee, Erin, Amillia, Julie Shender, Richard Eddy Jr., Jonathan Eddy, Steven R. Glendenning III and Jessica Lynn Glendenning; his brother David Flanagan (Beverly) of Petroleum, WV.; and his son Christopher Flanagan.
