He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos E. Loy and Mary Elizabeth Loy (Minger); his sister Nora Blake; and his grandchildren, Brandi Danielle Loy Thomas and Bo Evan Loy.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Loy (Morris); his children, Ricky Loy of New Martinsville, WV, Randy Loy of New Martinsville, WV, Rodney Loy (Darlene) of New Martinsville, WV and Sondra Sapp (Bob) of New Martinsville, WV; his siblings, Earl of New Martinsville, WV, Kent Loy of New Martinsville, WV, Wilma Baker of New Martinsville, WV and Berneda Wilson (Mike) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Joshua Loy, Kasey Sapp, Matt Sapp, Cody Loy, Zach Loy, Lundy Loy and Isaac Loy; and his great grandchildren, Connor Sapp, Grayson Sapp, Holden Sapp, Finn Loy, Luke Loy, Isabell Wallace, Rilynn Thomas and Gavin Ferrebee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
