He is survived by: his children, Pam Hoskins (Larry) of New Martinsville, WV and Mark O'Neil (Lisa) of Buffalo, NY; his grandchildren, Michael O'Neil, Jr., Whitney O'Neil, Jacob Hoskins (Brittany), Shannon Hoskins, Andrew O'Neil and Cameron O'Neil; his great grandchildren, Zinnia Hoskins and Tulip Gebhard; and his siblings, Richard O'Neil of New Martinsville, WV and Barbara Garton of Jane Lew, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
