He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Wade and Mary Wade (Doty); his stepdaughter Hannah Young; and his brother Jason "Slug" Wade. He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Kirkpatrick; his children, Alivia Shae Wade, Natalie Wade of Ohio, Megan Wade of Weston, WV and Anthony Wade of New Martinsville, WV; his stepchildren, Caleb Young and Madison Young of New Martinsville, WV; and his siblings, Terry Wade (Tammy) of New Martinsville, WV, Richard "Scooter" Wade (Trisha) of New Martinsville, WV, Jared "Red" Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Warren "Chip" Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Brian Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Sherry Tuttle (Mike) of Middlebourne, WV and Nina Fleming (Matt) of Akron, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
