He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Kay (Potts); his children, Todd Kay of New Martinsville, WV, Holly DeMarco (Ted Smith) of New Martinsville, WV and Eddie Kay (Kandi Loy-Kay) of New Martinsville, WV; his grandchildren, Allison Ritz, Madison Ritz (Colden Belknap), Mikah DeMarco, Finn Loy, Colby Kay, Sawyer Kay and Kayde Kay; and his great grandchild Colson Belknap. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
