He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie Cramer and Doris Leota Smith (Wilcox); his brother Richard Smith; and his brother-in-law Cato Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janet Smith (Yeater); his children, Chris Smith (Diane Nye) of New Martinsville, WV, Sheree Williams of Cleveland, OH and Kari Cardelein (Gary) of Paden City, WV; his siblings, Larry Smith (Lenore) of Fernando Beach, FL and Nola Smith of Akron, OH; his sister-in-law Barbara Smith of Friendly, WV; his grandchildren, Adam, Zachary, Kira, Ryan, Casey, Sydney, Alex, Tim and Kenon; and his great grandchildren, Tessa, Brady, Trey, Brantley and Kori. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
