Richard Lee Hicks Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Lee Hicks of New Martinsville, West Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Hicks and Katherine Pauline Hicks (McNinch). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hicks; his children, Steve (Kelly) of Moseley, VA, Timothy (Janet) of Cameron, WV, Cody (Jennifer) of New Martinsville and Lisa White of Wheeling; his brother Bob Hicks (Janice) of Elm Grove; his grandchildren, Garrett Hicks (Haily) of Powhatan, VA, Madison (John), Darian Hicks of Richmond, VA, Victoria of Wheeling, Phillip of Wheeling, Samuel White of Wheeling, Gabriel Hicks of Morgantown, Kaden and Vivian Hicks of New Martinsville; and his great grandchild Callum. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Home - New Martinsville (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155).
