She was predeceased by: her father Leroy J. Derby; and her siblings, Bonnie Gilbert and Leroy Derby. She is survived by: her mother Velma Derby (Wildman); and her sisters, Linda Keller (John) of Paden City, WV, Darlene Richeson of Wheeling, WV and Debbie Dorey (Tom) of Paden City, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
