She was predeceased by: her parent John Wm. She is survived by: her parent Madeline Monaghan (Reagan); and her sisters, Patricia Cunningham (Daris) of New Martinsville, WV, Constance Kapriva (Richard) of Emmitsburg, MD, Kathleen Kolencik (Gabriel) of Uniontown, PA and Colleen McCutcheon (Rodney) of Connellsville, PA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
