She is survived by: her children, Brian Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Warren Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Terry Wade (Tammy) of New Martinsville, WV, Richard "Scooter" Wade (Trisha) of New Martinsville, WV, Shane Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Jared Wade of New Martinsville, WV, Sherri Tuttle (Mike) of Middlebourne, WV and Nina Fleming (Matt) of Akron, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
