It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madeline Carol Miller of New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Phillips and Mary Phillips (McCoy); her husband Howard Miller; her daughters, Carol and Mary "Cookie" Miller; her siblings, Lorene Allen, Loretta Phillips, Imogene McCoy, Maxine Williams, Edwin Phillips, Keith Phillips and Philliam Phillips; and her pet Lady Rose.

She is survived by: her siblings, Florine Huggins, Charles, Dick and Joseph Phillips.
