He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Imogene Wood, Donald and Virginia Baker; his aunt Deborah Henderson; and his uncle Bobby Hall.
He is survived by: his parents, Tony L. Baker and Rose Ann Baker (Wood); his significant other Haley White of New Martinsville, WV; his half-sisters, Tabitha Ruckman O'Bannon (Tim) and Stacie Ruckman; and his grandfather David Wood of Wileyville, WV. He is also survived by two nieces; three nephews and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made, in Levi's name, to Nemesis Shrine Temple, 244 Watson Road, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
