He was predeceased by: his parent Bert A. Priest; and his grandparents, Joseph and Barbara Powell. He is survived by: his parent Jackie Powell of New Martinsville, WV; his nephew Declan; his sister Jessica Miller (Daniel) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his aunt Jennifer Powell of Morgantown, WV.
