He is survived by: his parent Georgie Carr (Duckworth); his wife Jean Carr (Freed); his children, Tracy Paul Carr (Robin Neff) of Middlebourne, WV and Christina Dawn Tharp (Tony) of New Martinsville, WV; his siblings, Howard Carr (June) of Sand Fork, WV, Lillie Robinson of Sutton, WV, Virgie Weiler of Miamisburg, OH, Naomi Jarvis (Jack) of Palm Bay, FL and Violet Askins (Emory) of Germantown, OH; his grandchildren, Breanne Carr (Charlie Thomas), Dylan Carr (Chelsea Rosenlieb), Brittany Tomblin (Justin), Samantha Lyons, Kyra Tharp, Travis Carr and Zoey Tharp; his friend Gary Osborne; his pet Tucker; his grandchild Nicci Brightwell; and his daughter Lydia. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
