She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Tuttle; her children, Timothy Robert Tuttle of New Martinsville, James Gordon Tuttle (Janet) of Eastlake, OH and Deborah Sue Sturm (Michael) of Friendly, WV; her sisters, Dorothy Goff (Wallace) of Rayland, OH and Yolanda Steinman Finnegan of West Mansfield, OH; and her grandchildren, Nathan Tuttle, Monica Tuttle, Isaiah Tuttle and Sarah Tuttle. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
