She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Fuchs and Bertha Fuchs (Rine); her husband Kenneth Starkey; her sister Ruth Fuchs; and her niece Carrie Fuchs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Scarlet Hood (David) and Karen Pegg (Tom); her siblings, Paul Fuchs and Wilma Fuchs of New Martinsville, WV; her grandchildren, Kendra Dutton (Craig), Michael Hood, Aaron Pegg, Devin Hood, Shelden Hood and Kyle Pegg; and her great grandchild Conley Dutton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
