It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Kendall (New Martinsville, West Virginia), who passed away on December 24, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Holli Kendall and Delphia Kendall (Shock); and his siblings, Verle Boone, June Poling, Tessa Elliott, Hammond "Pell" Kendall, Pat "Hatzell" Kendall and Virgil "Budge" Kendall.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kendall (Richards). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
