It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Blake of New Martinsville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her foster parents, Irvin Reed and Evora Reed of Middlebourne, WV.; her foster brother Martin Parish (Beverly) of Sistersville, WV; and her brother Russell Rose. She is survived by: her husband William Don Blake; and her daughter JoAnna Blake of New Martinsville, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
