It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eva Ann Rogalski of New Martinsville, West Virginia, born in Chillicothe, Ohio, who passed away on October 27, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel J. Filliez and Esther F. Filliez (Lucas); and her brothers, Art Brooks and Jim Filliez. She is survived by: her husband Steve Rogalski; her children, Britt Hayes (Lesley) of Pickerington, OH, Dani Richthammer (Jim) of Pittsburgh, PA, Teri Hince (Dan) of Triangle, VA and Stephen Rogalski (Hunter) of Pittsburgh, PA; her grandchildren, Kerrigan, Joseph, Sarah, Catherine, Laura, Patrick, Michael, John Paul, Peter, Samantha, Kendall, Daniel, Mallory and Brian; and her siblings, Jeanie Posey of Marco Island, FL, John "Fuzzy" Filliez (Renee) of Chesapeake, OH, Esther Faye Iams of New Martinsville, WV and Todd Filliez (Colleen) of New York. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes (1224 S Bridge St, New Martinsville, WV 26155). A rosary was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 7:30 PM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (20 Rosary Rd, New Martinsville, WV 26155).
