Elva Lee Swan Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2021, at the age of 58, Elva Lee Swan of New Martinsville, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy "Bean" and Twila Jean Streets (Likens); her daughter Jeanie Lee Streets; and her brothers, Koke and Freddie Streets.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Swan Jr.; her sons, Bobby Streets and Keith Dotson; and her siblings, Terry Bassett (Guy Dale), Patsy Schutt, Erica Streets, Mike, Denny and Fred Streets.
