She is survived by: her children, Rachel Melott (Melvin) and Jim Greathouse (Mary); her grandchildren, Donna Headley, Jennifer Keller (Chris), Jimmy Greathouse (Jessica), Joanna Fortney (Bryce), Beth Reinker (Steve) and Matt Melott (Andrea); and her sister Sue Ann Chahoc.
