He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Maple and Edna D. Maple (Mauk); his wife Evelyn Maple; and his siblings, Nina Dawes and Jim Maple.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Terry of Fort Worth, TX, Susan Allen (Marc) of Baltimore, MD and Robert Maple of New Martinsville, WV; and his grandchildren, Megan Van Den (Mulder), Emily Mihou (Alex), Whitney Ballard (Robert), Christy Terry, Abbie Terry and Joey Allen. He is also survived by two great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
