He is survived by: his wife Karen S. Fouchs; his children, Amanda Miller (Philip) of Atlanta, GA and Nathan Fouchs (Stephanie) of Whitehall, OH; his siblings, Walter R. Jr. Fouchs (Kay) of Paden City, WV, Joanie Spencer of New Martinsville, WV and Barbara Lynch (Mike) of Friendly, WV; his sister-in-law Sandra Martin (Paul) of New Martinsville, WV; and his pet April. He is also survived by six nieces, two nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews and cousins.
