He is survived by: his sons, Christian A. Blackburn of New Martinsville and Donald Lee Blackburn of New Martinsville; his grandson Anthony Blackburn (Autumn) of Edmund, OK; and his sisters, Donna Sue Harrill (Joe) of Morristown, TN and Julia Barnette (Carroll) of Maryville, TN..
