He is survived by: his spouse Naomi Blair (Postlethwait); and his children, Mark Blair (Roberta) of New Martinsville, WV, Michael Blair (Charlene) of New Martinsville, WV and Kathi Schmalz (Carl) of New Martinsville, WV. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
