She is survived by: her children, Paula Higginbotham (Kenny Swiger) of Wallace, WV, Tracy Higginbotham Murphy of Chesterhill, OH and Timothy Higginbotham of New Martinsville, WV; and her sister Edie Stout Fletcher of Pima, AZ. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
