He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfred Howell and Hazel Howell (Mason); and his daughters, Candice Lynn Willis and Teresa Renee Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Marie Howell (Wayt); his children, Winfred S. Howell of Sardis, OH and Heather Rine (Derrick) of Middlebourne, WV; his stepchildren, Brady Howell (Sharon), Michael Howell (Dina) of New Martinsville, WV and Sharon Goddard (Darrell) of New Martinsville, WV; his son-in-law Michael Gilbert of New Martinsville, WV; and his siblings, Bill Howell (Carolyn) of New Martinsville, WV, Gary Howell of New Martinsville, WV and Patsy Bee (David) of Mineral Wells, WV. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren.
