He is survived by: his parents, Penny Baker and Roger Bissell II (Sherri); his grandparents, Bob, Louise Roush, William, Joyce Wamsley and Barbara Bissell; his siblings, Jacob Baker, Warren Bissell, Justin Bissell (Kelsie), Tiffeny Walkowiak (John), Brandy Perrine (Nicholas), Kelly Hollis and Tatum Roush; his nieces and nephews, Kinzley, Talynn, Katelyn, Olivia, Gracie, Bobby, Devin, Nathan, Coleman, Kaiden, Kody and Chase; and his great-nephew Austin.
