She is survived by: her daughter Sandra Blake (James) of Point Pleasant; her grandchildren, Tim Blake and Beth Blake; her great grandchildren, Zachery Blake (Shawna) and Kerigan Blake; her great great grandchild Paisley Blake; and her brothers, Thomas Bumgarner (Lois) and Gerald Bumgarner. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
