With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert S. Parker of New Haven, West Virginia, who passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Parker and Roberta Parker; his wife Frances Parker; his former wife Evelyn Parker; and his siblings, Anna Parker and Thomas Parker.
He is survived by: his children, Ney Parker, Robert Parker and Cindy Parker-Edwards; his sister-in-law Suzie Parker; his niece Stacey Fallot (Chris); his nephew Clay Parker (Emily); and his cousin Albert Quivey (Gail). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
