He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Perry (Weyersmiller) of New Haven, WV; his daughter Betty Callahan (Perry); his grandchildren, Quinn Malone (Stover) of Green River, WY and Pvt; his stepson Andrew J. Henderson (Jacqueline) of Lexington, KY; his stepgrandchildren, Estrella and Rainier; and his brothers, Rodney D. Perry of Vinton, OH and John E. Perry (Kelli) of Winfield, WV. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
