She was predeceased by: her parents, Orion Billingsley and Bertha Kittenbrink Billingsley; and her parents-in-law, Curtis Shiltz and Beulah Shiltz. She is survived by: her husband James Shiltz of New; her children, Steven Shiltz of New Haven, James Wilson (Andrea) of Providence Forge, VA, William, Becky Shiltz of New Hampshire, Stephanie Shiltz of California, Dawn Woolard of New Haven, Michelle Olson (Thomas) of Scott and Kathyrn Shiltz (Brent Arnold) of Louisville, KY; and her siblings, Clara Lou Fredenburg and David Billingsley. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren.
