It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Lowell Tate (New Cumberland, West Virginia), born in Salem, West Virginia, who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roxter Loy and Daphne Cottrill Tate; his brothers, Ronald and William "Bill" Tate; his wife Judy Tate (Bee); his son Paul Thomas Tate (Monica); his brother Sammie Tate (Karen) of New Cumberland, WV; and his sisters-in-law, Helen, Loranna Tate, Sara Bayless, Gladys, Cathy Bee and Cynthia Harcharik (Richard).
