It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Franklin Wigner of New Cumberland, West Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl W. Wigner and Clarice K. Nichols Wigner; and his niece Cheryl Bell. He is survived by: his sister Isobel Bell (Ralph); his nephew Larry Bell; his niece Pam Fidler (Bill); his great-nephews, Derek Bell (Amanda) and Mike Fidler (Lindsey); his great-niece Jodi Fidler; and also, Logan, Scarlet, Kinsey, Abby, Owen Bell, Josh, Wyatt "Maverick" Fidler, Rebekah, Chloe and Jennifer.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Veteran's Hospital in Saint Clairsville, OH, or Valley Hospice.
