He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Truax and Cora Clemmens Truax; his family Ted; his children, Carl Anderson (Nichol), Kristopher Truax (Diana), Keith Truax (Nikki Byers) and Patricia Gontas (Brian); his siblings, Michael, Mark, Brian Truax and Sharon Flinn (Keith); his grandchildren, Carl Anderson Jr. (Morgan Glasure), Nathan Anderson, Eston Anderson, Cory Gontas, Matthew Gontas, Logan Gontas, Skielor Truax, Hunter Truax, Jordan Truax, Kristopher Truax, Jr., Adrian Maza and Jerlando Maza; and his great grandchildren, Crosby and Sophia Anderson.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home (3219 Main St, Weirton, WV 26062). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home in Ted's name to help with funeral expenses.
