He was predeceased by : his parents, William Williams and Minnie Jackson Williams; and his sister Virginia Whitehill. He is survived by : his wife Peggy Ann Yost Williams; his children, Susan Beagle (Randy) of New Manchester, Laura Williams of New Port Ritchie, FL and Richard Williams of New Cumberland; and his siblings, Loretta McAleer of Calcutta, Shirld and Charles.
