He is survived by: his wife Tammi Wolfe Groppe; his children, Dawn Bell (Jay) of Summerville, SC., Lisa Flanigan (Randy) of Beaver, PA., Pam Spring (Bob) of East Springfield, OH., Roy Groppe Jr. of Ravenna, OH. and William Groppe of Bismark, IL.; his grandchildren, Robert, Christopher Spring, Kayla Sterns, Raelee and RJ Groppe; and his great grandchildren, Christopher Lee and Archer David Spring.
