Koper of New Cumberland, West Virginia, born in Weirton, West Virginia, who passed away on February 10, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Katherine Norman. He is survived by: his significant other Judy Norman Koper; his sister JoAnn Buffo; his children, Rob (Tammy Koper), Kim (Koper), Randy Lancaster, Paul (Tami Koper), Rich Koper (Toni Pastore) and Brian (Connie Koper); and his sister Jo Ann Buffo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 1 step-grandchild, 6 great-grandchildren.
