She was predeceased by: her parents, Russel Isner and Regina See Isner Garner (Lloyd Garner); and her sister Peggy Garner. She is survived by: her husband John C. Foster; her son Michael "Shane" Foster (Jennifer) of New Cumberland; her granddaughters, Meghan Rose and Britney Nicole Foster; and her sisters, Yvonne "Sue" Isner of New Cumberland, Linda Vendetti of Belington, WV. and Esther Ilosky of Weirton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
