He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry R. Fields and Lottie Cutlip Fields; and his siblings, Delores, Larry, Willis, Rosie, Lina and Mary Jane Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Larrimore Fields; his children, Randall Fields Jr. (Kristina) of New Cumberland, Jason Fields (Vanessa) of Chester and Amanda Arbogast (Joseph) of Maidsville, WV.; his siblings, Clayborn, Richard, William, Perry, Dale, Tina Fields, Gina Hughes and Valena Fields; and his grandchildren, Melissa Fields and Aliyah.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family.
