She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barr Sr. and Reita Barr (Gump). She is survived by: her husband Joseph Mehaffey; and her siblings, Shirley Baker of Toronto, Connie Mason (Duane) of New Cumberland and James Barr Jr. of New Cumberland. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a large community of friends.
