She was predeceased by: her parent Doyle Huggins; her husbands, Freddie Perine and Lional Hill; her daughter Tammy Cottrill Fouse; and her siblings, Margaret Gardner, Arthur Huggins and James Huggins.
She is survived by: her parent Gertrude Pierce Huggins; her children, Kathryn Haynes (Brent) of New Cumberland, WV, Martha Castner (Charles) of Weirton, WV, David Perine (Diane) of Wellsburg, WV and Ronald Perine (Cathy) of New Cumberland, WV; her brothers, Robert Huggins (Charlotte) of Toronto, OH and Frank Huggins (Rose) of Steubenville, OH; and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Waugh, James Waugh, Jason Haynes, David Perine, Jr., Danielle Perine Conley, Dana Perine Lloyd, Brandon McClure, Shawn McClure, Jennifer McClure Sayre, Charles Castner III, William Cottrill and Elizabeth Podolak.
