It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Malcolm Rudder of New Cumberland, West Virginia, born in Stratton, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Roger Rudder and Charlotte Rudder; his stepchildren, Craig Morgan and Christine Peterson; and his siblings, Phyliss Ann Smith, Shirley Farnsworth, Harriet Myers and Rose Marie Kent.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi McCune Rudder; his children, Malcolm Rudder Jr. (Diane) of East Liverpool, Larry Rudder (Bobbi) of Chester, Karen "Sue" DeLauder (Steve) of Lisbon, Darlene Shenton of East Liverpool and Cindy Rudder of East Liverpool; and his stepchildren, Charles Morgan Jr. (Linda) of Florida, Candy Marshall of Wellsville and Caron Morgan of New Cumberland. He is also survived by several grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
