She was predeceased by: her parent Arthur B. Sr.; her husband Harold W. Smith; her daughter Deborah Schon; and her siblings, Arthur McDevitt Jr., Robert McDevitt, Mary McDevitt, Patricia Culp, June Simcox, Richard McDevitt, Lyndon "James" McDevitt and Katherine Davis.
She is survived by: her parent Ada Hines McDevitt; her children, Jeffrey Smith of Pittsburgh, Timothy Smith (Vicki) of Rogers, Patricia Shaw of New Cumberland and Elizabeth Grafton of Troutville, NC.; and her siblings, Gary McDevitt of Phoenix, AZ., Hannah Flynn of East Palestine and Elsie Jenkins of Massillon, OH.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
