She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Brooks and Virginia Brooks (Wilson); her sons, Ben Doak and Craig Doak; her brother Charles Brooks; and her brother-in-law Jack Koontz.
She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Doak; her sons, John Doak (Lindsay) and Eric Doak (Denney Snyder); her sister Darlene Koontz (Brooks); and her aunt Eileen Cook. She is also survived by many nieces, great nieces and cousins.
