He was predeceased by: his parents, George Deemer and Helen Deemer; his son Sgt. Jeffrey G. Deemer; and his sisters, Barb Clutter and Patty Lumpp.

He is survived by: his wife Donna Brenda Deemer; his daughter Linda Kennedy; his daughter-in-law Barb Deemer; his grandchildren, Linda Sue Gillespie (Lyle), Kathie Kennedy, Donald Allen Kennedy, Jr., Deborah McNamar (Matthew), Darcy Lynne Deemer and Deanna Joy Deemer; and his siblings, Don Deemer (Ginny), Jackie Casto and Nancy Timmons (Butch). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren.
