Jim left this world on April 14, 2025 at the age of 61, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Jim may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Jim touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Blunt (Bates). He is survived by: his father Clifford O'Brien of Stratton, OH; his wife Julie O'Brien (Wallace); his sons, Zack of Fairmont, WV and Jake of New Cumberland; and his siblings, Greg O'Brien (Cheri) of Steubenville, OH and Hope O'Brien of Toronto, OH. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Foster Funeral Home - Toronto (701 Findley St, Toronto, OH 43964). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
